I'd give an attribute, but I can't remember where I got the original.<br /><br /><a name="SPSN" rel="nofollow">Soba Noodles with Spicy Peanut Sauce</a><br />1/3 c Soy sauce<br />1/2 tsp Molasses<br />2 Tbsp Sesame oil<br />3 Tbsp light peanut butter<br />1/4 c Brown sugar<br />1 Tbsp Chili oil<br />3 Tbsp Red wine vinegar<br />1/2 bunch green onions Whites sliced thin Greens cut large diagonal<br /><br />1/2 lb Soba Noodles<br /><br />Prepare soba noodles according to instructions and shock cold once cooked. Reserve to the side <br /><br />Heat soy sauce until reduced by half. Turn to medium low and add molasses stir and dissolve. I may have overheated the egg custard as it wound up with a scrambled egg consistency when I brought it to plate.
